THE HAUNTED: South American, Mexican Dates Announced

Swedish thrashers THE HAUNTED will embark on a tour of Mexico and South America in November. Confirmed dates are as follows:

Nov. 20 - Monterrey, Mexico - Café Iguana
Nov. 21 - Mexico City, Mexico - Circo Volador
Nov. 28 - Santiago, Chile - Teatro Novedades
Nov. 29 - Buenos Aires, Argentina - El Teatrito
Nov. 30 - Sao Paulo, Brazil - Hangar 110

More dates will be announced soon.

In other news, THE HAUNTED has re-launched its official web site with all-new content, including a never-before-seen video for the song "Chasm" (1998).

A new THE HAUNTED track entitled "Moronic Colossus" is available for streaming on the band's MySpace page. The song comes off the group's new album, "Versus", which is due late September via Century Media Records. The CD was recorded in part at PUK studio in Denmark with producer Tue Madsen (HEAVEN SHALL BURN, DARK TRANQUILLITY, MOONSPELL, etc),who previously worked with the group on its two most recent LPs, "rEVOLVEr" (2004) and "The Dead Eye" (2006).
